Your scheduled appointment time is reserved just for you. We request that you give 24 hours notice if you need to cancel your appointment. We know that things can come up and you might need to schedule.

Please do note that that after missing your second appointment without notifying us 24 hours in advance you are subject to being charged an additional fee.
